Nick Harwood
Managing Director
K2 is founded by Nick Harwood, a former Partner at a Tier 1 Consulting firm.
Nick has spent much of his consulting career working with mining services businesses, including dry hire. Since 2015, he has occupied executive roles in the industry on a full-time and part-time basis. Throughout those years, he has worked with many of the industry’s participants, developing a good understanding of the industry and an extensive network of contacts and supporters.
David Keane
Hire Manager
A seasoned civil industry professional and current Hire Manager at K2, David Keane brings decades of hands-on experience maintaining large wet hire fleets and leading teams on complex projects.
Known for his strong client relationships and commitment to safety and operational excellence, David is a trusted leader, mentor, and key figure within the K2 team.
Emma Brown
Business Development Manager
Emma brings over a decade of experience in business development, client relations, and senior account management. She is dedicated to ensuring K2 Group consistently delivers exceptional service, clear communication, and strong client partnerships.
Jamie Hunt
Plant Administrator
Jamie comes from a background in Fuel Equipment Sales & Hire and concrete pipe manufacturing.
Jamie coordinates our equipment maintenance programs and fleet support. She also looks after the HR & payroll function for our wet hire business.

Management Accountant
Viktoriia is a Management Accountant with over four years of experience supporting complex, multi‑entity environments.
She specialises in accounting, financial reporting, forecasting support, performance analysis, and ad hoc analysis work.
